PMRF (Pacific Missile Range Facility) may be located on the far west side of the island of Kauai, but it also a great spot for fitness and sports enthusiasts who like to get off the couch and participate rather than watch.

Sporting a fitness center, pool, basketball court, softball field, soccer/all-purpose field, sand volleyball area, racquetball court, golf driving range and level surface for runs, PMRF offers all sorts of avenues to get out and get active.

Plus, MWR Fitness & Sports organizes monthly activities that are both fun and challenging.
