Through Morale, Welfare & Recreation (MWR), Child & Youth Programs (CYP), we support the sailors, their families, Department of Defense civilians and contractors working and living on the Pacific Missile Range Facility (PMRF) at Barking Sands on the island of Kaua'i.
As the furthest west military base among the major islands in the Hawaiian chain, PMRF is the world's largest instrumented multi-environmental range capable of supporting surface, subsurface, air, and space operations simultaneously.
