Let’s get Lean in Twenty-23 (LIT)! We've got what you need to keep yourself on your fitness goals for the new year.
This 12-week weight loss challenge consists of three categories:
1) Body Fat Percentage lost
2) Body Measurement difference
3) Participation in Fitness & Aquatics activities.
Each month, strive to be the first to get a BINGO by completing LIT workouts of the day, or your own workout. Keep earning points in each category. The one with the highest total score will be the winner of the challenge!
