Open to all authorized PMRF personnel
Every month PMRF Fitness will host a different fitness challenge in which everyone is encouraged to improve their fitness levels. The purpose is to encourage self-improvement and provide some friendly competition.
For this month, individuals will compete through a challenging fitness course for time.
Participants may complete each fitness course as many times as possible throughout the month.
The top male and female participant with the best scores at the end of the month will receive an awesome prize.
