12 Days of Fitness
The holiday season is a busy time for most people; however, being healthy and staying active shouldn't need to get crossed off your list! The MWR fitness team is encouraging all participants to join us for our 12 days of fitness challenge. Leading up to the New Year, participants will be challenged to complete 12 different activities. Individuals who complete all the challenges will receive a special challenge prize and be entered into a grand prize drawing!
